Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer full time and part time care? 

Yes we have spots reserved for full time care as well as part time care. You are able to select 2 to 5 days a week and/or 7:30 am to 12:00 pickup or 5pm pickup.

How many children are we licensed to care for daily?
The ratio of children to educators is 6:1. For example, if the number of attendant children is any number
from 6 to 12, there will be 2 educators present.

Do you provide any meals for my child? 

For full time care we offer Breakfast, A.M. snack, Lunch and P.M. snack. If your child is part time we offer them Breakfast and A.M. snack. 

 

Do I need to bring anything for my child everyday? 

Each child is given their own cubby to have anything they might need like diapers, extra clothes, something from home to help them feel comfortable at the beginning, a blanket for nap time if needed. You can bring these items as needed. 

 

Do you celebrate birthdays? 

We love to make the kids feel special on their big day. We offer the parents to bring in treats for snack time or we can make them something special as well. If snacks are brought in we request they be store bought and rob it include our high allergy items such as nuts, eggs etc. please check the most recent list of allergens with the teacher. 

 

Do you potty train? 

YES WE DO!!! We love to help the kids become more independent and keep things positive so we will help with potty training as needed. If your child is not ready we are good with that too. We just ask that you bring any necessary supplies to aid in either.

How do you approach discipline?
We practice positive discipline through role-play, by example, teaching problem solving skills, and
offering language to help them validate their feelings. We promote social/emotional support daily
through books and visuals. We also offer quiet spaces and a calm down kit.

What is our illness policy?
We will use common sense and expect that you consider the health and well being of the other children,
us, and our families when deciding whether or not to keep your child out of care and when to return to
care when ill. Our illness policy reflects the recommendations, requirements, and regulations of all state
and local guidelines. See Policies for more information.

​How will payment of tuition be accepted?

The three payment options are cash, check, or VENMO and either once a month on the first of the month or biweekly on the first and fifteenth of every month.

If choosing VENMO, you must provide the payment 3 days prior to Tuition due date to accommodate for the transfer.
